My Journey
My journey to becoming a relationship coach starts with my own lived experience of what it takes to turn it around.
The love was always there, but our cycles of conflict and blame, and anxious-avoidant dynamics made the relationship unsustainable.
Now 10 years in, I can safely say we wouldn’t have made it without Relational Life Therapy.
The tools and skills learnt have now become second nature, and we use them on an almost daily basis to maintain the loving, thriving (perfectly imperfect) relationship we now have.
In 2022 I decided to train with the Relational Life Institute, because I wanted others to experience the kind of radical and lasting transformation that I know is possible.
I can walk beside you, with empathy for your stuck situation, and the skills and knowledge to help you out of it.

Pricing is done on a sliding scale depending on income to support those on lower incomes.

10% discount when booking blocks of 6
New clients are required to start with a block of 6 sessions, weekly or every other week, after which you can book another block or switch to rolling.
