Playful, Deep, Courageous
Hi, I'm Gaia
I am an empowerment facilitator and private coach.
My mission is to empower people to feel at home and powerful in their own skin,
so they can have authentic and healthy relationships,
and a life brimming with passion and fulfilment.
Through workshops, retreats, training and private coaching, I empower people to embrace all of who they are - especially the parts they try desperately to push away.
I help people to feel and express their emotions, communicate from an empowered and embodied place, and find the courage to be unapologetically themselves.
I'm passionate about creating communities because I've seen how much healing comes from people being authentic and vulnerable with each other, and that lasting change is easier when we find others that we trust to share the journey with.
I work with many modalities from ecstatic dance, voice work, authentic connection, relational life therapy, inner child work and ritual practice, that forms a holistic approach to trauma work and personal development.
I am a co-founder of True Nature - A platform for women's events and retreats, and a co-director of Dandelion Collective - a co-oporative for consciousness raising brands and events.
I joined The Psychedelic Society in 2017 and have been instrumental in developing the London events programme and community alongside an incredible team of collaborators.
As part of my work there I developed a number of popular workshops including Rave Ritual, Slow Dating, Women's Circles and The Wild Woman Retreats.
My background is in performance art and interactive theatre, graduating from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2012.
I was an associate artist of Theatre Delicatessen, and founder of a much loved cabaret-gameshow; ‘Are You Game’, as well as walkabout goddess troupe ‘Sanga Sanga’.
Other organisations I have worked with include Medicine Festival, Morning Gloryville, Togetherness, Alter Ego Network, Ecstatic Dance UK, Noisily, Kilifi New Year Festival Kenya, Ecosystem Restoration Camps, Pinky Promise and Midwifing the Veils.
