I have been facilitating conscious dance since 2018 and am now in the process of building a conscious dance platform.
This is a place to share a variety of mixes, moods and modalities, some of which will be guided, for you to drop into to the portable dancefloor wherever and whenever you need to move.

Full Moon Ecstatic Dance
Played Live - 3rd Dec 2025 at EDUK, The Bath House, Hackney Wick
This set is 90 minutes long and has 2 distinct waves with a wide range of genres and is primarily vocals lead music with voices from all around the world.
It has my classic sensual femme style, alongside moments of heartfelt depth, loose your shit, and pure celebration.
The theme for the evening was release, and if this supports, you can take that invitation into your dance.
Warrior Mix
Created for Embodied Myth in Frame Nov 2025
This is a 30 minute mix to activate your inner warrior.
The warrior is about protection, clarity, boundaries and holy rage.
This might be a good one if you have a lot of anger that wants to be let out in a contained way.
We can think of the warrior in the micro, the medium and the macro
Micro - Mountain like stillness and strength - perhaps less movement, yet feeling the power within, connecting to the immovability of the mountain
Medium - Assertive, direct, focused, boundaried - movement may be strong with the focus on creating lines and angles with the body. The image of a samuri with a sword comes to mind - the movement is precise.
Macro - Wild and ferocious. Movement may be chaotic, ‘messy’ releasing the head and loosing youself in the movement. The image that comes is Kali or a hurricane.
Fool Mix

This is a 25 minute mix to connect with your fool like self
The fool is about play, innocence, wonder and lightness
We can think of the fool in the micro, the medium and the macro
Micro - dropping deep into presence through sensation - what if you were exploring your environment for the first time - like an alien visiting a new planet
Medium - interactive, connecting with your environment and possibly others with a little more dynamism and silliness
Macro - Perhaps a wilder display of play, loosing yourself to the moment.
